Pennsylvania’s Education for Children and Youth Experiencing Homelessness Program Directory provides information that can assist you in ensuring students experiencing homelessness receive the services they require.
The homeless liaison directory contains general information regarding the primary responsibilities of a school district homeless liaison, as well as contact information for each local education entity within Pennsylvania. Search the Liaison Directory.
The homeless shelter directory (not all-inclusive) contains a listing of emergency shelters and housing providers. The shelters and providers listed accept homeless families and/or homeless youth (such as runaways or unaccompanied homeless youth). There are no shelters listed that serve homeless individuals solely. Search the Shelter Directory.
There are eight regional sites in operation, with the state coordinator located in Harrisburg. If you have any general questions or questions about specific situations to help students experiencing homelessness, contact a coordinator.
